Whatever you're building, the "212 PowerPack" can help you power your project with a 7 HP gasoline engine, reversible gearbox and CVT (continuously variable transmission), all while saving your thousands of dollars compared to an equivalent electric motor drive and battery.

Here's how it works...
​
You supply the engine and transmissions, and I supply the PowerPack Bracket kit to help you put it all together!
​
The 212 PowerPack bracket mounts the proven 196-224cc GX/Predator style engine to the Amazon sourced F-N-R (Forward-Neutral-Reverse) Gearbox and C.V.T. (Continuously Variable Transmission) belt drive kit. You can buy these from the Amazon affiliate links below, but pick up an engine from Harbor freight or Princess Auto.

The U-weld it PowerPack kit is self fixturing and includes all the hardware needed for assembly and mounting your Gearbox and CVT clutches. Only basic welding and mechanical skills required for the average DIY'er.
PowerPack brackets can also be assembled and welded at EcoCycle if you prefer.
The 212 PowerPack was designed to be modular, upgradable and serviceable.
This "bolt in power unit" mounts over a basic 3"-4" rectangular tube or C-section and provides you with an engineered drive system to power your axle or shaft.

When paired with the #30 Series, CVT Belt drive kit, precise center to center distances and belt alignment can all be achieved all while using the standard 203589 belt included in most CVT kits from Amazon. The 212 PowerPack can also be used without the reverse gearbox, as the complete CVT clutch kit and backing plate will bolt right on to your engine. (Jackshaft kit is recommended for PowerPacks using only CVT kit with the backing plate and rear mounted axle configurations due to chain clearance to the casting fins on the backing plate.) The FNR Gearbox can run directly to a rear mounted axle if you choose.

The optional jackshaft kit offers a 3:1 gear reduction for turning those big tires or if you just want a smaller rear sprocket for improved ground clearance with smaller tires.

For you electric start guys, the 212 PowerPack will securely mount a YTX9-BS battery with the optional battery tray kit and welds directly on the PowerPack under the starter motor for nice short cable leads.

The 212 PowerPack is fully adjustable for easy adjustment of your drive chains.
